A little about us
Here at Desjardins Painting its always been about delivering quality. We started almost 25 years ago with the idea that there was only one way the job should look when it was done. It's a simple concept, if we are painting then our cut lines (brush work, edging) should be straight and walls should be smooth and covered. Our focus and what sets us apart is the small details and the prep work that often gets over looked. The reason we will quote your job for free and don't have a set minimum on the amount of work we will do is because we are always trying to build relationships. With rising costs and the ease of social media advertising it becomes increasingly more difficult to find services and trades that are reputable and trustworthy. Our stance is that we are looking to be your painters for the job you have right now and the one 20 years from now. We have mostly worked off referrals up until now but we wanted to build a little bit of an online presence to be able to offer our services to more people and offer a comfort in being able to read a bit about us and see some of our work beforehand.
When we first opened it was a family business in the truest sense. A dad with a dream and his family there to help. Over the years as we grew so did that sense of family here at Desjardins Painting. Cousins, uncles, aunts, brothers, sisters and friends make up the core of the team here today. Our core value is to be a company that people enjoy working for and they are happy coming to work. We're not saying working here every day is better than laying on the beach at an all inclusive down south but if you have to work somewhere then we want to offer a place people can be proud of and enjoy coming to. We believe we have built that culture here and most of the people who work here have been with us for a long time. We believe in working with our employees and succeeding together rather than cycling through workers. We believe all of this reflects in the work and service we provide.
